Wall and Base Cabinets June 25, 2014 Reviewer: Robert Felice from Limerick, PA United States   I am a homeowner who has designed three kitchens over the past twenty years. I have found that cabinets should have at least these requirements: all plywood construction;beautiful wood veneers; Blumotion or other soft/self closing doors and drawers; full extension drawers; What really impressed me about the Barker Cabinets was my ability online to design and choose the exact measurements I wanted. Essentially you are getting custom cabinets for a very reasonable price. My carpenter assembled the cabinets with ease and installed them (a total of 17 cabinets) in two days. I have a total of 15 drawers, so I should have plenty of room for all my tools.  I have applied several coats of Polyacrylic. Because this is a garage, a perfect finish was not one of my top priorities. However, if going into your house as a real kitchen, I would suggest a Barker factory finish. The interiors of the cabinets are beautifully finished by Barker. Was this review helpful to you?
