Frameless/Full Overlay Cabinet Construction
Our
frameless (full overlay, European style) cabinet construction creates a
seamless and high end look that eliminates any view of the cabinet case
or face face. We designed the cabinets from the ground up
to create a seamless full overlay European style box. Frameless
cabinets have many advantages over the standard "framed" cabinetry:

American Made Plywood Cabinet Case Material
Cabinet
parts are made from 3/4" thick UV clear coated natural maple plywood.
This is the strongest plywood found on the market in the USA made from
Pacific NW raw materials. The
natural scratch resistant and waterproof UV coated finish on a real
maple wood veneer stands up to a lifetime of wear and tear from
even the most extreme daily use. Cabinet parts are thick, scratch
resistant, and always made in the USA from raw materials grown in the
USA. Exposed Interior cabinets will have raw/unfinished plywood interiors that match the door wood type.
All plywood's that we use have no added formaldehyde. All are CARB phase 2
compliant as well which means that they adhere to the strict formaldehyde
emission standards.In addition, all our plywood in manufactured in
Oregon which meansthat you don't have to worry about the imported
plywood loophole for formaldehyde emissions.

Blum soft closing hinges are specially designed for use
with our frame less cabinet construction method. These hinges are
completely concealed behind the closed door. These hinges are soft closing and therefore prevent the doors from being slammed. Blum is the industry leader

lifetime warranty.
Cabinet Doors
Barker Doors All cabinet doors are built using Barker
Door standards. Our cabinet doors are 3/4" thick and are made using
precision door manufacturing machinery at our Portland, OR factory. All
doors are sanded and shipped
unfinished with your cabinet order. Paint or stain must be applied to
the cabinet doors on site.
